The secretariat, based at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea, organizes annual general meetings (AGMs), steering committee meetings (SCMs), and other events. It is responsible for preparing agendas and overseeing administrative tasks, including website management.

The working group, based at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea, conducts R&D, updates training materials, performs country assessments, and handles other responsibilities.

Members of the APC-HUB include qualified individuals from Asia-Pacific countries, such as public officials engaged in cyber-related work, as well as potential participants like lawmakers, policymakers, judges, prosecutors, and investigators, and officials involved in international cybercrime cooperation.
Observer
Observers of the APC-HUB include state agencies, international organizations, and public-private-academic officials, as well as experts with experience in combating cybercrime and building capacity.
